Safety for practicing with me
While the practices I share are generally safe and suitable to most, it remains your responsibility to determine whether and how to participate. The practices can be valuable to supplement medical care, but are not a substitute for it. If you suffer from or are recovering from illness or injury, please discuss first with your medical professional the suitability of movement/meditation practices. Likewise, if you experience pain or discomfort that concerns you during practice, please stop the practice and discuss with a qualified professional. Engaging with the practices I offer constitutes an agreement on your end to take full responsibility for your own physical, mental, energetic and spiritual health and wellbeing.
